CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders placed & delivered in India):
Once the order is delivered, it cannot be returned. It includes the condition of the box in even unopened condition. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please connect with our Customer Service team at support@ammahi.com within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
Any request for the return of the product shall be at the sole discretion of Ammahi Ecommerce Venture Private Limited. In case of a return being approved by Ammahi Ecommerce Venture Private Limited, all items must be returned in their original condition along with the following:
(A) Product must not be washed/damaged/worn out
(B) Part Of Missing Delivered Full Product
(C) Products Must Be In Their Original Condition
(D) Products Which Were Sold As Combos/Sets Are Not Eligible For Return/Replacement As Individual Items
(E) If According To Your Opinion, You Don’t Like The Product, This Return Reason Is Not Acceptable
(F) Replacements Will Be Made Basis of the Availability Of That Product On The Website
(G) In Case Of Damaged From Your Side, This Product Is Non-Refundable
Due To The Following Factors Refund & Replacement Are Not There Color Change: If In Colour There Is Miner Difference That Is Not Accepted
For Demo: If You Click Red Colour Product Picture In Your Phone Or Camera That Is Shown Like Dark Red Or Maroon Type. So Kindly Inform You That In That Case, Your Product Is Not Acceptable. – Colour Accepted For Refund Like You Have Place Pink And Received Black So That Is Accepted.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order until it is not dispatched. Please get in touch with our service team regarding such concerns.
Refund is processed through respective banks and thus will be credited to the customer’s account as per Bank’s standard processing time. However, we will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can raise your cancellation request via the following routes :
Go to your My account > Click on ‘Orders’ > Go to the order you want to cancel and select ‘Order Details’ > Click on ‘Cancel Item’ > Select the item(s) in your order that you would like to cancel and provide the reason for cancellation and ‘Confirm’ > Once submitted, your item(s) will be canceled and your refund will be processed.
