ammahi ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders put will be sent inside 24* hrs. Delivery Shipping

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

What if I miss a delivery?
If you are unavailable when our courier partner arrives with your delivery, they will make two more delivery attempts. If you’re still unavailable after the third attempt, your order will be returned to us. Call us on (+91) 9256526266 within one working day of the third attempt and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.

These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.

The shipping charges can be modified by Ammahi at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

Every once in a while, Ammahi brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enables free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfillment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we will not be deducting the shipping charges while processing a cancellation request for all orders placed during the nationwide lockdown. This is to avoid any inconvenience to our customers.

How do I track my order via My Account?
To track your order, just follow these simple steps:

Sign in to your Ammahi.com account.
Click ‘My Account’..
Select ‘Order History’.
In the orders page, select ‘View Details’ for the order number you wish to track.
Click on ‘Courier Tracking #’

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to
correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have
provided an incorrect shipping address.

Return

The items are returned in original, saleable condition in original packaging with labels intact. We do not provide a “FREE RETURN” service meaning all charges in regards to returning the goods will be the customers, unless faulty, then we will bear the cost of the return (as per statutory rights). In the unlikely circumstance that you receive a faulty product, you will need to contact us within 3 working days of receiving the item before proceeding with the return. Please note the items must be unused and unworn, if the item becomes damaged or faulty after wear we will not be responsible, and will not accept the return.
